Warming Features

And just like that, winter is upon us again. Here in the southern coastal region of Victoria, the temperature drops considerably from late autumn through to spring, amplified by chilly ocean winds. As locals of the Surfcoast, winter is something that we know well - and something that we ensure is accommodated in every Lifespaces build.

Complementing and adapting to our environment is paramount to a sustainable, supremely comfortable home. Our goal? That everyone who resides in a Lifespaces home finds joy in easy, luxurious living.

AirSmart Nest in the Scandi House

Every limited edition Lifespaces home is designed with purpose and conscience by the renowned architects, Auhaus Architects. Created with the coast in mind, the designs use building materials that complement their environment and weather beautifully over time.

Bamstone Bluestone, mined in Victoria’s south west, is used in many Lifespaces projects for its substance, stunning form and its ability to regulate interior temperature. Double glazing is supplied by Rylock, enabling noise reduction and a calm interior space as well as keeping out the cold.

Another feature installed in Lifespaces homes is innovative AirSmart heating and cooling systems, which also clean the air using the same system that NASA uses at the International Space Station. AirSmart is significantly more efficient that traditional systems, with its small Smartflow ducts being draft free, 300% more efficient and whisper quiet.
