Lifespaces Group has crafted several custom builds in the Geelong / Surfcoast region.
Here are three projects - Ocean Grove, Point Lonsdale and Batesford. Each project is quite unique, reflecting the individual requirements of each client.
Ocean Grove custom project
Sitting on a narrow block close to the beach, a custom build was desired. Together with the home owner, we created a simultaneously chic and cosy seaside residence, with Scandi inspired elements.

Sitting on a compact site, this unique townhouse project next to the links is a golf lovers’ haven, with uninterrupted views of Lake Victoria.
