Ocean Grove Custom Project
Sitting on a narrow block close to the beach, a custom build was desired.
Together with the home owner, we created a simultaneously chic and cosy seaside residence, with Scandi inspired elements. The home blends into its coastal environment through hardwood timber by Australian Sustainable Hardwoods and handmade masonry by Krause Bricks which is also extended inside the home with a wall that separates the living spaces.
The 6.8m cathedral ceiling and the mezzanine overlooking the living areas are key features of the home that achieves a sense of space. Other unique additions to the custom project included: porcelain kitchen pendants from London; pastel pink toned tiles in the dreamy ensuite; and the Lopi Italian heater in the kitchen to name a few.

Sitting on a compact site, this unique townhouse project next to the links is a golf lovers’ haven, with uninterrupted views of Lake Victoria.
