Our Newtown project, a refined design of The Garden House, is progressing well in the heart of Geelong. This project represents the evolution of our business - maintaining our ‘limited edition’ approach but allowing for refinements to suit our clients accordingly.

We're excited to announce a modified Shrouded House for Jan Juc on the Surf Coast, with construction set to commence next month (September 2025).

Set just moments from the iconic Jan Juc back beach, this upcoming Lifespaces Group build is a bespoke modification of our Shrouded House by Auhaus Architecture, reimagined to reflect our client’s unique aesthetic and lifestyle.

Lifespaces Group will bring a modified Double Court House to life in Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula in late 2025.

Designed by Auhaus Architecture, the Double Court House was conceived for larger blocks - a single-storey family home that feels both generous and modern. Its signature layout wraps around two expansive courtyards, creating a a series of interconnected indoor and outdoor spaces with every room enjoying a garden outlook.

Introducing the Newtown Garden House, currently under construction. Newtown in Geelong is known for its beautifully preserved period homes and tree-lined streets.

Respecting the heritage style of the neighbourhood, this particular design from the Auhaus Release by Lifespaces Group represents a thoughtful evolution of our limited edition approach, harmonising with the streetscape.
