THE GROVE HOUSE - Upcoming urban project in Geelong
Lifespaces Group is pleased to introduce the Grove House, a new home coming to Geelong that explores how considered architecture can create a sense of connection, privacy and retreat within an established urban setting.
The starting point for Grove House was the way its owners wanted to live - a home that could adapt to a changing family life, from older children moving toward independence through to an eventual empty-nest stage. With space for everyone, room to work from home and a place they would love to bring family and friends together.
Set back from the street, the home offers a welcoming arrival, unfolding around a central courtyard that draws light and landscape deep into the plan while creating a calm, private place to call home.
Generous living and entertaining spaces connect naturally with the outdoors, allowing the home to feel relaxed and comfortable every day, but come alive when family and friends arrive. Away from the main living areas, quieter spaces provide room to work, read or simply retreat.
Warm timber, textured brick and strong horizontal forms bring a subtle mid-century influence, giving the home its own character without feeling tied to a particular era.
Like its name suggests, the Grove House is conceived as a place of shelter and connection - shaped by landscape, but more importantly, around the people who will call it home.
Grove House reflects the way we approach every Lifespaces home - starting with its place, the people who will live there and how they want their home to feel and function.
Whether beginning with one of our existing designs or developing a more individual design solution, our role is to shape the home around you, your site and the way you want to live.
If you’re considering a new home, renovation or knock-down rebuild in Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast or surrounding regions, we would love to start the conversation.
