BUILDING UPDATE

Our Newtown project, a refined design of The Garden House, is progressing well in the heart of Geelong.

The home has been carefully considered to respect the heritage style of the neighbourhood - known for its beautifully preserved period homes and tree lined streets.

This project represents the evolution of our business - maintaining our ‘limited edition’ approach but allowing for refinements to suit our clients accordingly.

Some of our favourite features of this home is its peaked roof, open-plan living with plenty of natural light, timber detailing, and it’s neutral palette. The connection between the indoor and outdoors is also a Lifespaces Group speciality, with the dual garden aspects (private central courtyard and rear deck) captured in the living spaces.
