Lifespaces Group will bring a modified Double Court House to life in Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula in late 2025.

Designed by Auhaus Architecture, the Double Court House was conceived for larger blocks - a single-storey family home that feels both generous and modern. Its signature layout wraps around two expansive courtyards, creating a a series of interconnected indoor and outdoor spaces with every room enjoying a garden outlook.

Introducing our  latest project, The Garden House, currently under construction in the heart of Newtown, Geelong. Newtown is known for its beautifully preserved period homes, tree-lined streets, and strong sense of community. Respecting the heritage style of the neighbourhood, this particular Garden House represents a thoughtful evolution of our 'limited edition' approach to harmonise with the surrounding streetscape.
