With an authentic Scandinavian look, the pared-back Scandi House is ideal for the robust Australian climate, and seamlessly complements its inner city streetscape.

October 2019 marks the third anniversary of Lifespaces Group, and an opportunity for Directors Grant Downie and Simon Babb to reflect on the achievements of their luxury home building start up during a turbulent property market.

The Scandi House is one of the limited edition designs of the ‘Auhaus Release’, built by contemporary builder Lifespaces Group. In keeping with the Lifespaces model of exclusivity, only ten builds of this design will be completed before the plans are retired forever.

The very nature of our business model - limited edition, architect-designed homes - means that Lifespaces Group homes are not usually on display. However, it is possible to view a Lifespaces Group house during the construction phase.

What a year! We’re delighted with what we’ve achieved in 2018, the second full year in business for Lifespaces Group.

We have completed our first Bluestone House and Scandi House and we have projects operating across Melbourne, the Surfcoast, Bellarine and Mt Eliza. We are preparing to complete several of these homes in the new year.
